In 2020, lockdown sparked a sweet revolution within me. Baking, once a hobby, blossomed into a profession driven by love for my family, especially my daughter. Thus, Sugar Twist by Shiny was born!

Every bite of our creations boasts a twist of healthy, homemade, and innovation. As I refined my craft, I focused on guilt-free desserts for diabetic clients, ensuring celebrations without worry. Same-day baking ensures freshness in every bite.

Word spread, and requests poured in for customized theme cakes, fondant figures, wedding cakes, and more. From 2-3 tier masterpieces to intricate chandelier cakes, my creations brought joy to countless celebrations.
